What payment options are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash for payment. The credit card used for the booking must be presented during vehicle pickup.
Can I rent a car for a few hours instead of a full day?
Yes, we offer hourly rentals as well as daily rentals, allowing you to choose the duration that suits your needs.
Is insurance included with the rental car?
Basic insurance is included in the rental cost. Extra insurance options may be available upon request.
What happens in the event of an accident or breakdown?
In case of an accident, immediately contact the police and inform HM Rent a Car's emergency hotline. In case of a breakdown, contact our customer support for assistance.
Can I add an additional driver to the rental agreement?
Yes, additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for an extra fee. They must meet the same age and driver's license requirements.
